Infrastructure review and planning
An inventory of the systems in scope, their dependencies, access needs, and operating requirements, followed by a prioritised plan for the agreed improvements.
VERSETA / CLOUD & IT SOLUTIONS
The systems behind your business deserve the same care as the experience in front of it. We help organise infrastructure, connect applications, and plan the support your technology needs.
THOUGHTFUL BY DESIGN
Hosting, domains, application services, backups, and account access can become difficult to manage as a business grows. We start by understanding what you run, what it depends on, and who is responsible for it. That view makes it easier to identify gaps and plan useful changes.
Your project can focus on a new application deployment, a move from an existing host, or a more organised maintenance setup. We agree on service boundaries, migration constraints, and ongoing responsibilities before changes begin. Infrastructure decisions should reflect your traffic, data, recovery needs, and realistic operating budget.
An inventory of the systems in scope, their dependencies, access needs, and operating requirements, followed by a prioritised plan for the agreed improvements.
Hosting and environment configuration for your application, with domain and certificate requirements, deployment steps, and service ownership considered together.
Preparation for transferring the agreed application and data, including a cutover approach, validation steps, and rollback considerations where the source system allows.
A scoped approach to monitoring, backup schedules, recovery checks, and maintenance, with clear responsibilities and support arrangements for the systems included.
HOW WE GET THERE
Review the application, hosting, integrations, and available documentation. Confirm account access and the operational constraints that a change must respect.
Define the services, costs, migration window, and recovery expectations. Identify responsibilities and dependencies before scheduling implementation work.
Prepare the agreed environment, apply the planned changes, and check application behaviour, connectivity, and the monitoring or backup tasks in scope.
Record important settings and operating steps, hand over access appropriately, and agree on how future updates and support requests will be handled.
A LITTLE CLARITY
A few useful answers.
For everything else, we're a conversation away.
We can assess a migration after reviewing the current host, software requirements, database, and available access. We agree on the transfer method, validation steps, and any expected service interruption before scheduling the move.
Support hours, response expectations, covered systems, and escalation arrangements must be agreed in the proposal. A setup or migration project does not automatically include continuous monitoring or a round-the-clock support service.
Costs depend on the provider, resources, traffic, storage, and any paid services. We can estimate the agreed setup and identify recurring charges, while usage changes or provider pricing changes may affect the actual bill.
